Chief Executive / Business Adviser - Dr John Richings
John has many years experience, both in small and blue-chip multi-national companies. With the assistance of Restormel's IAP team, MCET obtained funding from the European Regional Development Fund, Restormel Borough Council, Regional Development Agency and Cornwall County Council for John to become Restormel Business Adviser for 3 years from December 2003. John was appointed as Chief Executive in 2005. |

Business Adviser - Alison Critcher
Alison has a history in Sales, Marketing, Telesales, Secretarial and Customer Service. Alison has been with the Trust since March 2000, after moving to Cornwall from West London.
Alison gained SFEDI Accreditation in 2002. She is the mid Cornwall area contact for Shell Livewire and has attended Co-Active workshops enabling her to assist clients who are considering, or already involved in, social enterprises. |

Business Adviser - Grayburn Owen
Grayburn studied Hotel & Catering Management and has 25 years experience of running hotels and pubs around the world including South Africa and London.
He moved his family to the South West in 1997 to enhance their quality of life. Grayburn gained Accreditation in 2000 and is a member of the Institute of Business Advisers.
Starting a business is a serious business but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Grayburn has a natural talent for humour and is a born extrovert. His performances as a Pantomime Dame need to be seen to be believed! |

Restormel Business Adviser - Ray Pipe
Ray joined the Trust in January 2005 having spent 30 years with HSBC Bank Plc (formerly Midland Bank) undertaking various roles in the West Country. For the past 17 years, Ray's career has taken him throughout Cornwall as a small business manager whilst also managing teams of branch banking staff.
Ray has been an Associate of the Institute of Bankers since 1979 and is also an Associate of the Institute of Business Advisers

Administrator - Shelley Phillipps-Rowe
Shelley's organisational and secretarial skills are highly regarded in the running of this busy office. Having been with the Trust since August 2000, Shelley has become an important colleague in managing the Trust's Administration Department and keeping the Advisers in check |

Book-keeper / Admin. Assistant - Sheila
Dunn Sheila has come on board as an employee after being self-employed
for many years. She is a fully experienced book-keeper and, in assisting
Shelley with the administration, contributes greatly to the smooth running of
the Trust's office. |
